It hides some surprises, such as some of the tallest and rarest trees in the city, a specimen of Pterocaria, or fossils from ten thousand years ago. Following the path of the garden down, you reach a pond where the landscape is Central European and the atmosphere is very humid. Here the temperature can be about 4 degrees lower than in the city. Family yoga classes are a safe and welcoming space, designed to encourage connection with yourself, with your son or daughter and with creativity. In a harmonious atmosphere, you can enjoy the company of your child while sharing unique moments. During the sessions, you will practice postures - sometimes in pairs -, breathing games (pranayama) and coordination and balance dynamics. There will also be moments of calm to rest lying on the marraffe, let yourself be carried away by listening to a story or enjoy coloring mandalas. As Albert Einstein said, “Creativity is intelligence having fun.” This phrase perfectly reflects the vision that the teacher has of the children and it is from this perspective that each session develops.

Activity for children between 3 and 12 years old.

Material: comfortable clothes. It is recommended to bring a scarf, towel and water.
