After two years of absence, the legendary trio ZZ Top embarks on a European tour that will stop in Barcelona. The famous “Little Ol' Band From Texas” will perform at Poble Espanyol on Sunday, July 19.
Billy F. Gibbons commented: “We love playing for European audiences as it is one of the most energetic and enthusiastic we have found over the last five decades. We're excited to bring _The Big One! _ in Europe, where you can be sure that we will give our best.”
ZZ Top, a rock legend, traces its origins back to late 1969, debuting at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Beaumont, Texas. In the years since then, the band has sold more than 60 million albums worldwide. Its catalog includes four RIAA gold-certified records, six platinum albums and one album, Eliminator, in the diamond category for its more than 10 million copies sold. In addition, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 21 years ago by Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones himself.
