Emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) of human origin are the main causes of global warming. For this reason, the Barcelona Environmental Equipment Network (XEAB) has organized a new cycle of activities dedicated to the decarbonisation of the city.

In this talk, Dr. Antonio Turiel will explain how the increasing consumption of fossil resources and fuels causes environmental degradation and what challenges the depletion of materials and the increase in energy costs pose.
