The inaugural concert of the Artist Portrait that we dedicate this 2026 to the Sant Andreu Jazz Band, to celebrate its first 20 years of life, brings together an octet of all-stars from the Barcelona formation gathered around two major figures in the history of 20th century music, Frank Sinatra and Louis Armstrong.

The band, directed by Joan Chamorro, has two very special guests, Edu Ferrer and Ricard Gili, founder and leader of the unforgettable Black Locomotora. Two very different crooners that will make us relive the incredible magic of two icons. Exquisite swing and subtle elegance revived in a night that proposes a repertoire full of arrangements created for that evening, starting point for another Artist Portrait of our festival that promises many emotions.
